We offer Full Service Catering for weddings, family reunions, office meetings or any kind of special event. If you don’t need full service, we can deliver and you can serve yourself. Either way we would be honored to make your event the one everyone talks about and makes them want to come back for more!.
Who we are
Tater Mark’s Southwest BBQ is a family owned business created by husband and wife team of Mark (aka Tater Mark) and Christina Lance, at the urging of family and friends. What began as a desire to provide real BBQ and not just grilling burgers and dogs for family gatherings, turned into Pit Master Tater Marks’ full blown passion for the art of Smoked BBQ. Over the years and thru trial and error Tater Mark developed his own rubs, injections and wood smoking combinations to create a flavor profile of his own that will dance on your tongue and leave you craving more!
